Following 2 years working with student lettings, in November 2020, we became the property manager for a large HMO site: Montgomery House. Now, just passing our first year in operations, we have begun to build a reputation for our compliant, innovative, and stakeholder-focused services. We have succeeded in ‘turning around’ a deteriorating management situation of poor maintenance, high resident complaints, lack of trust from leaseholders and an absence of community feeling, essential to all HMOs.
